Beyond Gym Classes

Our classes are always different with a focus on you getting the best out of your time with us. Find out what classes we run through the week below.

A group of gym members perform a series of strength building exercises from lifting weights to TRX rows and squats

Strength

Build some serious strength and power! We use a mixture of suspension (TRX), free weights and bodyweight exercises to help you build strength. Our aim is to get you feeling stronger and energized through controlled, safe movements. We customise all of our classes so that you work at your own level. Each exercise can be modified to cater for injuries and fitness levels.

Pilates

If you’re just starting out on your fitness journey pilates is a great place to start. It works with a combination of flexibility, strength, and increases balance and co-ordination. It’s a low impact class that caters for injuries and weaknesses to help build into other forms of exercise. Pilates is also seen as an amazing tool for pre-hab, this is where if you’re prone to injury doing pilates can prevent the injury from returning.

Lifting Heavy Sh!t: For Strong Women!

Our female-only "Lifting Heavy Sh!t" class is designed to help you build strength in specific movements while monitoring your progress. This class, initially introduced during our "Screw the Diet" Challenge, has gained significant popularity, and we're thrilled to continue it due to high demand. Join Coralie and a motivated group on Thursdays at 5.15 pm to get strong and lift heavy!

Functional Fitness

Here is where we improve everyday movement patterns and getting a bit of a sweat on. We’re a ‘lifestyle’ sort of gym, which means we stay fit to enjoy life outside of the gym. So anything we can do to improve your typical everyday movements, that’s what we aim to do in these classes. We focus on squats, presses, pulls, pushes, throws and all whilst increasing the heart rate.
